We started off our day with a walk to collect leaves and looked at the different types that we found. We came back and glued them on leaf wreaths that are in our cubby.  We also had fun catching leaves as they fell from the trees in the playground. We read Mouse’s First Fall and played with play dough. Please bring in interesting leaves on Monday, we will be sorting them and learning how to identify the different types of trees from the leaf shapes.  For lunch we had pasta, turkey meatballs, garlic bread, apples, bananas, carrots, celery, hummus and oranges.
