Friday the 13th in the Kindergarten class

Money, money money, we started the day working on money. We reviewed the names and values of each coin and then worked on counting different piles of money, don’t try to short change us because we will know! We completed our science experiment and the results are in. If you put pennies in vinegar, it makes them sparkle like new! We did a reading comprehension activity with the book I Am Going to New York to Look at the Lions. We finished up the morning with word problems. Lunch today was hot dogs, french fries, broccoli, corn, apples, strawberries and fruit dip.  PLEASE REMEMBER WE ARE CLOSED MONDAY THE 16TH FOR PRESIDENT’S DAY.
