First we painted ice cream cones with paint made from glue, watercolors and shaving cream. Each cone had strawberry, chocolate and vanilla ice cream.  Then we went out in front of the school and sat under the magnolia tree where we read a book about penguins and a book about ice cream that Kenzie brought in (thanks Kenzie). Then we made ice cream sundaes for snack! We went outside to play with bubbles, chalk and burn off some of the sugar high and finished up the morning with circle time. Good day!
