Welcome summer! Yesterday the 21st was the first day of summer, so, during circle time this morning we welcomed summer! We also introduced our topic for this week, bike riding. During circle we read, “Our Tree Named Steve” By Alan Zweibel. For our art project we used water colors and tissue paper to decorate and design our very own helmets. Please remember to bring in a helmet tomorrow and the rest of the week for your child to wear while  riding the bikes. For snack we had munchkins that Genna brought in as a special treat, thank you Genna! For lunch we had either cheese and meat, cheese, or peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, veggie chips, yogurt and raisins. Have a great night!
