Today during circle time we read “Apples, Apples, Apples”. We spoke about how apples, when cut in half, the seeds appear in the shape of a star or flower. For our project we completed an apples picking activity. The children had 5 baskets on their papers, numbered 1-5 and were asked to put the corresponding numbers of pompoms next to each basket. We practiced tracing the letter C, both upper case and lower case. We also enjoyed sings a song about apples. For lunch we had buttered noodles, carrots, cucumbers and peaches. Have a great weekend, and stay dry!
