Today in the 123’s we discussed Hanukkah! We read “Celebrating Hanukkah” and viewed pictures of Hanukkah related items. We learned about the Star of David and what it represents. We sang “Hanukkah’s a Happy Time” and listed and danced to “Dreidel, Drediel, Dreidel”. For our project we painted the Star of David and sprinkled glitter on it when we were finished. For lunch we had cheese quesadillas, rice, corn, peas, pineapple and oranges.
