During circle time we introduced our new month. We discussed the sound the letter Ss makes and added a few words to our Ss list. Today we read Dr. Seuss’s “One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish. With Miss Cara we made our very own fish to represent the title of the book. We used cupcake holders to make the fins and circles for the body. We then used markets to add a face. With Mrs. Asim the children completed a Dr. Seuss fish worksheet where they were asked to count the fish and circle the corresponding number. With Miss Abby the children had snack and enjoyed free play. For lunch we had pasta, with sauce or buttered noodles, peas, peppers, apples and oranges. Have a great evening!
