Today in the 123’s we began our morning with our “3 Little Apples” finger play. We read the story “Jonny Appleseed” and played pass the apple to fast beat music. For our project we worked on our fine motor skills by placing green and red beads on an apple (they were instructed to place green on the leaf and red on the apple). We listened to our favorite movement song, Listen and move. We also had a potty party for our friend Ben who is moving to the ABC room on Monday! The children iced their own mini party cakes and added sprinkles! For lunch we had fish sticks, mash potatoes, corn, carrots, pineapple, and apples.
