Happy Monday! This week we will be talking about the winter season! Today with Miss Cara we talked about the snow outside and mittens. We discussed the difference between mittens and gloves and why we use them. We also learned that mitten begins with the letter M. For our project we made mittens, our choice of color and used white paint to put our handprint on it! We went over the calendar, introduced letter Oo and reviewed with letter flash cards. We also enjoyed reading “The Littlist Snowflake”. With Miss Nicole the children ate snack and used gems to make the letter O. They also began making a list of words that start with “O”. With Miss Abbie the children practiced cutting with scissors and enjoyed freeplay.

**Gym class with Mrs. Susan begins this week! If you have not signed the permission slip for your child to partake in gym class please do so and return in ASAP.
ABC Gym Class will be held on Wednesday mornings! If your child does not come on Wednesdays, they will have their gym class on Tuesday afternoons.
