This morning with Miss Cara we learned that an author is someone who writes books. Today we read “Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See?” By Eric Carle. We learned that both brown and bear begin with the letter B. After reading the story the children were asked “What do you see?” It could be something in the room or something made up, we made a chart with their responses. For our project we made handprint brown bears. With Miss Nicole the children ate snack and enjoyed playing in groups. With Mrs Lanigan the children completed a rhyming word picture matching worksheet. Have a great evening!
