This morning during circle time with Miss Cara we reviewed our calendar, read “Zack’s Alligator Goes to School” and learned a song called “I’m a little flower pot”. For our project we made shape flowers. We first reviewed the shapes we were using, circles, rectangles, triangles, octagons and diamonds, then used them to build our own flowers. The children also enjoyed using the dry erase boards to write the name number 5 on their own. With Miss Nicole the children ate snack, used pattern boards and enjoyed playing with the doll house. We had music class with this morning with Miss Nicole from TCNJ. We enjoyed learning a new movement song called “Hi My Name is Joe” and another song that taught us about high and low tempo.
