What a fantastic morning we had today!  The children were so busy learning and playing with their friends that any nerves were quickly forgotten.

Mrs. Denise – With Mrs. Denise, the students reviewed the calendar and days of the week.  They then read the story Back to School Tortoise.  That silly tortoise was not a nervous student after all.  He was the teacher!  Students then practiced writing their names using proper capitalization.

Miss Abbie – Students worked on coloring, tracing, and drawing shapes.  They also had snack.

Miss Erin – Students colored half of a picture and then found the friend who had the other half.  It was fun to see the “puzzle” put together!
