Mrs. Denise’s Group – It is “I” week!  I is for itch.  We read “Curious George Goes to the Ice Cream Shop” and discussed some of George’s character traits.  We also made predictions based upon our knowledge of the main character and the cover illustration.  Then, we practiced writing “I”.

Miss Erin’s Group- The children made ice cream cones and decorated them.

Miss Abbie’s Group – The students had snack, completed a number review worksheet in small groups, and played with tabletop toys.

Before lunch, we read a story that had vivid photo illustrations.  Then we glittered our star decorations that we made last week.  They will be hung up around the room tomorrow.
