Happy Friday! This morning with Miss Cara we reviewed the sound for letter Kk and completed our list of Kk words. We completed a letter Kk sound, picture identification worksheet and traced or wrote our names on the back. We made poinsettias, the children were told to place the petals and leaves in a red, green pattern and use a q-tip to make 5 yellow dots in the middle. During circle time we read “Car’s” and discussed the beginning letter of car, C. We looked at a traffic light and discussed the meaning of each color. We also enjoyed learning a song called “Traffic light”. With Miss Lauren the children ate snack and made cars for their project. This afternoon we will celebrate CJ’s 4th birthday with a special treat, happy birthday CJ! Have a great weekend!
