Happy Valentine’s Day!  We started off the morning practicing some of our songs together as a big group for the first time.  The kids sounded fantastic!

Mrs. Denise’s Group – Today we read “Pete the Cat Loves Valentine’s Day”.  We then made heart “scratchies” .  They are in cubbies today.

Miss Abbie’s Class – The children enjoyed a special snack brought in by one of the students.  Thank you!  They then played with tabletop toys.

Miss Jessica’s Group – The students decorated Valentine’s bags.

After our shortened groups, the children exchanged Valentines.  We were so impressed with their mature behavior during this process!  Finally, we had a long time to play outside in the warm sunshine.  It almost felt like spring!

Rememeber, Fabuween is this Sunday from 4:30 – 6:30!  Check the bulletin board for sign-ups!
