This morning, we could feel the warmth from the sun and it was glorious!  We had some extra outside time after our morning meeting since tomorrow will be a 180 degree change.

Mrs. Denise’s Group – We read the story “Little Quack”.  The children really enjoyed this predictable text story about Little Quack and his siblings getting up the courage to join their Momma on the water for the first time.  We then practiced writing upper and lower case Q.

Miss Abbie’s Group – The children had snack and practiced writing the number 18.

Before lunch, the children had free play outside and music with Miss Jessica.

Scholastic book orders arrived today and are in cubbies.  If you did not use the free book coupon  (from Valentine’s Day) this month, it is valid for any month.  Just don’t loose it since the coupon code is unique to each student!  Please stay safe during the anticipated snow storm!
