This morning we broke apart white light into the colors of the rainbow!  We shined a flashlight onto a CD and were amazed by the results!  Children were able to repeat the experiment throughout the day on their own.  Many even made their own “CD”s with rainbow colors on them during free play.

Mrs. Denise’s Group – We read “Apples and Robins” by Lucie Felix.  She used cut-outs in the page to create some really interesting illustrations!  We then practiced writing the letter R.

Miss Erin’s Group – The students had snack and played with tabletop toys.

Miss Jessica’s Group – The students enjoyed their yoga practice today.

Before lunch, the children had free play indoors and outdoors.
