This morning with Miss Cara we discussed the sound the letter “C” makes and began making a list of words that start with C. We traced our feet and then used cubes to measure them and see how many cubes long they are. We also reviewed the letters of our name and then counted to see how many letters we have in our name to make a graph. For story time we read “Mother Bruce”. With Miss Jenna the children ate snack and made letter C caterpillars using pompoms and paint to make dots.
With Mrs Asim the childre introduced letter C and practiced tracing it along with their names. They also reviewed shapes and looked for shapes around the classroom.
