Today in the 123’s we continued our exploration with pumpkins! Today we opened up a huge pumpkin and all took turns pulling out the inside guts and seeds! After they were finished some friends helped me departed the seeds into a separate container and we discussed how we were going to cook them during nap and will eat them this afternoon with our snack. We also practiced sorting different size pumpkins/ gords into piles. We sang our 5 Little Pumpkins song and had many laughs as we attempted to roll a pumpkin among friends.
