Friday, March 22nd

This morning with Ms Cara we finished our week of nursery rhymes and letter Vv! We reviewed the sound, formation and words beginning with letter V. We also completed a letter Vv, trace, color and find worksheet. The children enjoyed using Lincoln logs to build and make letter V and also enjoyed sorting bears by color and size. During circle time we read a few stories that were brought in by a few of our classmates. We also sang a few songs and played Simon Says. With Miss Jenna the children made a shape mouse to go along with today’s nursery rhyme, “Hickory Dickory Dock”. They used scissors to cut out a circle and triangle for the mouse and used markers to add a face. They also enjoyed playing a number counting game. Mrs Asim’s group also made the mouse for their project. They practiced tracing letter V and talked about Spring. Have a great weekend!
