Today the 123’s began our morning with reading a story called “The Plump and Perky Turkey”. The kids loved how they made turkeys out of different materials in the story and we came up with ideas on how we could create a turkey! We played a game called “Pass the Turkey” using a plastic toy Turkey from our little people bin and when the music stopped whoever had the turkey had to act out being a turkey! During circle time we discussed the weather and reviewed the calendar and worked on our shape recognition and counting skills. We played turkey bingo working on our letter identification. This afternoon Miss Carley made dot Marker Turkeys with the kids! They all loved being able to choose what color to make their turkeys! Have a good night!
