This morning with Miss Cara we introduced letter Dd, we discussed the sound it make and practiced tracing it. We will be talking about Autumn this week. We discussed different changes that occur during this season and made guesses about why the leaves change color. We learned that the pigment and the amount of sun the leaves get are what causes the leaves to change color. During circle time we read “How a Tree Grows” and reviewed calendar. With Miss Lauren the children ate snack, made letter D dogs for their project and enjoyed free play. Have a great evening!
