This morning with Ms. Cara we introduced letter Ss. We practiced tracing the letter and also colored a picture of a sun. This week will be all about Dr. Seuss and his famous stories. During circle time we discussed who Dr. Seuss is and what an author does. Today we read “Put Me In The Zoo”. The children also enjoyed playing with legos, using new puzzles, drawing with dry erase markers and using the lacing letters. With Miss Jenna the children ate snack and made spotted leopards to go along with our story. The children used scissors to cut out a circle for the face then added, eyes, ears and nose and mouth. They also used dot markers to make the spots for the leopard. With Mrs Asim the children also made leopards. They also introduced letter S and practiced tracing it. Have a great evening!
