Today in the 123 class we began our morning with a story called, “Pumpkin Picking”. We discussed the story and the events after we read. We sang “5 Little Pumpkins”- as requested by the children! They really love acting out the motions! We worked on our 3 finger grip by tracing lines on a dry erase board individually. We also sorted pumpkins by size from smaller to largest. We played a game using pumpkins with letter on them called “Find my letter”. Each child was untrusted to find the first letter in their name (there were multiples of each letter). Miss Erin came for music class! She introduced some fun Halloween related songs for them to interact with as well as dance to. While we were outside our friends were finding acorns and observing them.
